The event will take place on Tuesday, October 6, from 12pm to 3pm in the Lower Ground Bar at Curzon cinema.
Designed to support job seekers at all stages, the fair aims to boost confidence and remove barriers to employment by offering face-to-face meetings with employers, job listings, and guidance on different career paths.
Clare Martin, centre director at Westgate Oxford, said: “Retail destinations are part of the fabric of the communities they serve.
“They help businesses grow, create employment opportunities, and provide spaces where people can come together, connect, and spend time.
“Whether someone is taking their first step into the workplace, returning after time away, or looking for a new direction, this fair is about breaking down barriers and connecting local talent directly with employers.
“We encourage job seekers to come down and see how we can help unlock their next career opportunity.”
Roles will be available across retail, hospitality, and technical sectors, with employers including John Lewis, TK Maxx, and Superdrug.
There will also be opportunities with service partners such as Mitie and CBRE.
Charity partners Aspire and Connect 2 Work Oxfordshire will be present to offer additional support.
The fair is open to young people, school and college leavers, those not in education, employment, or training, and individuals returning to work after a break.
It also welcomes anyone seeking part-time, flexible, or seasonal employment.
