The new nationwide rewards scheme, launched by Source, the public EV charging network, allows drivers charging at Source’s ultra-rapid hub at Abingdon’s Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South to earn points.
Each kilowatt-hour (kWh) charged translates into two points, meaning a £5 voucher can be earned roughly every 15 charging sessions.
New members of the scheme can accumulate up to 2,000 points, equivalent to £10, on their first day thanks to sign-up bonuses.
The vouchers can be used at a range of retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Costa Coffee, Uber, and more than 30 others.
The Source network is supported by SSE and TotalEnergies.
To join the scheme, drivers need to download the free PowerGoodies app and link their existing charging card used at Source, a SourceConnect RFID card, or a roaming partner card like Electroverse, AllStar, or Zapmap.
Points are automatically added each time a driver charges at any Source hub, and vouchers can be redeemed through the app.
Further details about the scheme and the full list of reward partners can be found at source-ev.com/ev-drivers/rewards.
Households can link up to 10 cards to one account, allowing all members to contribute to the same points balance.
The Source Rewards scheme is now available at every Source hub in the UK.
