The large youth hostel on Reading Road in Streatley-on-Thames initially went up for sale for £850,000 last year.

The 10 bedroom building was operating as a Youth Hostels Association (YHA) franchise before the company closed numerous of their hostels.
It is preferred that new owners continue to run the business as a YHA franchise, but other options like an independent hostelling brand or a complete change of use will also be considered.

Along with the 10 bedrooms the hostel also has numerous bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, and a reception room.
The building came close to a sale early last year but the deal eventually fell through.
The property will be open for viewing on Friday, October 2 and Friday, October 9 between 12pm to 1pm before going to auction on Wednesday, October 21.
