Arnold Hearing Specialists, based in Witney, is celebrating 90 years of independent hearing healthcare this year, having first opened in 1936.
To mark the occasion, a special anniversary event will be held at the Witney Corn Exchange on Wednesday, September 30.
Ian Arnold, owner of Arnold Hearing Specialists, said: “Ninety years is an extraordinary milestone, and we are incredibly proud to celebrate it with the community we have been privileged to serve.
“Our anniversary is about looking back at our long history of independent hearing care, but also looking forward to the future and continuing to provide personal care for generations to come.”
The event will run from 11am to 3pm and is open to the public, with guests welcome to drop by at any time.
A highlight of the day will be an appearance by Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards, who will speak at 1pm.
The Mayor, Councillor Jane Doughty, will also be in attendance.
The charity Hearing Dogs for the Deaf will take part in the celebrations with one of their trained dogs, Caspar.
Visitors can enjoy live music and refreshments throughout the afternoon.
Arnold Hearing Specialists has provided hearing care across generations, helping people stay connected to their families and communities through improved hearing.
The company’s 90th anniversary is being celebrated under the slogan ‘Now That’s a Lot of Ears!’
