Rob Ewers, of Dorchester Living, received both a Quality Award and a Seal of Excellence Award at the 2026 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards for his work at Heyford Park in Oxfordshire.
Mr Ewers has now been recognised by the NHBC for three consecutive years.

Dorchester Living’s flagship development at Heyford Park is located on the former RAF Upper Heyford airbase, where more than 1,200 homes have been delivered.
The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are considered the benchmark for excellence in construction and are judged over an 18-month cycle.
Site managers are assessed on technical expertise, health and safety, leadership, and overall build quality.
The awards follow recent success at the Planning Awards, where Heyford Park was recognised for Best Use of Brownfield Land and Plan-Making.
