Waylands Volvo Oxford, based on Cumnor Hill, claimed the top spot at the Volvo Car UK Retailer of the Year Awards, which were held at the Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel on Saturday, February 28.
Simon Bishop, from Waylands Volvo Oxford, said: “We’re thrilled to be named the National Retailer of the Year.
“It’s a huge achievement for our team and a true testament to everyone’s passion for the industry.
“Also, taking home the Ultra Retailer of the Year was a wonderful bonus.”
The event was hosted by Volvo Car UK ambassador Claudia Winkleman.
Waylands Volvo Oxford was recognised as the National Retailer of the Year for consistently exceeding market opportunities and outperforming consumer-focused targets.
The team was also praised for their ongoing commitment to customer service.
That dedication earned them a second award on the night, Ultra Retailer of the Year.
Mr Bishop said the honours reflect the commitment and professionalism of the team.

Nicole Melillo Shaw, managing director of Volvo Car UK, congratulated the winners and highlighted the importance of retailer performance.

Ten retailer groups were recognised, with Waylands Volvo Oxford taking the top national title.
