Oxfordshire property service plunges into liquidation

MP Property Service (Oxon) Ltd was incorporated on April 14, 2022, and originally registered under the name Magic Pete Property Service Limited before changing to its current name in February 2023.

Early Companies House filings list its registered office at a Witney address before the firm later moved its registered office to the address of an insolvency practitioner in London as financial problems emerged.

According to its Companies House record, MP Property Service (Oxon) Ltd carried out painting and decorating and other building completion and finishing work, under SIC codes 43341 and 43390.?

The insolvency section of the Companies House entry shows that a creditors’ voluntary liquidation began on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.?

On the same date, Angela Canning of Small Business Rescue Limited in London was appointed as liquidator.?

A resolution-for-winding-up notice in The Gazette records that shareholders passed a special resolution to wind up the company voluntarily.?

The Gazette notice confirms this is a creditors’ voluntary winding?up and sets out that creditors should send details of their claims to the liquidator.

A separate entry on insolvency databases describes MP Property Service (Oxon) Ltd as a small property service business.

Review sites list it as providing real estate and property services from its Witney base before the liquidation.

With the creditors’ voluntary liquidation now underway, control of the company’s affairs has passed to the liquidator, who will realise any assets and deal with creditor claims in line with insolvency law.
