Four locations in Oxfordshire already benefit from the wide array of freshly baked pastries, savoury and sweet treats, bread and coffee served up at Gail’s, and one more is about to join the list.
With a rapid expansion ongoing and more than 180 Gail’s shops across the UK, the upmarket chain bakery has set its sites on the untapped potential of a new site in Oxfordshire.

A statement said: “Gail’s Bakery is coming to Banbury.
“We’re excited to be opening a new bakery in the town soon, bringing our handmade breads, pastries, cakes and great coffee to the neighbourhood.
“At Gail’s, we bake fresh every day using traditional techniques and seasonal ingredients and we’re passionate about creating welcoming bakeries that become part of the local community.

“As we prepare to open, we’re currently recruiting an assistant bakery manager to help lead the team. If you’re interested in joining us, we’d love to hear from you.”
The advert for the full time management position does not specify where in Banbury the new shop will set up. Details are available on the Gail’s website career page.
The Banbury store would join existing branches in Witney and Thame, and the two Gail’s Bakeries in Oxford, in Jericho and Summertown.
