The property consultancy announced the promotions following a busy period that saw rising demand for its services in housebuilding, energy, and devolution.
Among those promoted is Ben Swindells, who has become an associate within the valuation team.
Mr Swindells said: “I am really pleased that the work I have been doing has been recognised and to feel that I have progressed within the business.
“I’m also looking forward to the increased responsibility that comes with the role and continuing to develop from here.”
Mr Swindells joined Fisher German in 2019 as a graduate and now undertakes complex property valuations and compensation advice, including for clients affected by large-scale schemes such as HS2.
Other promotions include Nancy Chandler, who has become senior project assistant within the infrastructure services team, and Lewis Agius, Alex Upton, and Ellie Whistlecroft, who have all been made senior surveyors.
These are part of 50 promotions made across the business.
Managing partner Andrew Bridge said: “With the shifting needs of our clients thanks to government policy changes and evolving markets, it has been great to see so many of our colleagues step up to the challenge.”
Phil Winckles, partner and chair of the appointments committee, said: “Everyone who moves up within Fisher German has earned the right to do so thanks to their hard work, consistently high performance, and desire to deliver for their clients and colleagues.”
