Blenheim Estate Homes unveils its most sustainable homes yet

Blenheim Estate Homes has launched the home at its Hill Rise development in Woodstock, offering visitors a first-hand look at its newest sustainable housing project.

The scheme is described as the developer’s ‘most sustainable’ to date and aims to protect residents from rising energy costs.

Each home features in-roof solar panels and an air source heat pump, and the development is equipped with EV charging points, removing any reliance on gas for energy.

Karis McMahon-Lane, marketing manager for Pye Homes and Blenheim Estate Homes, said: “Today’s homeowners are increasingly looking for properties that are not only beautiful and comfortable, but built with the future in mind.

“At Hill Rise, we’ve put energy efficiency at the heart of every home, helping residents reduce energy waste and feel more protected from rising energy costs.”

Additional features include intelligent ventilation systems that gently clear steam and bring in a controlled, steady flow of outdoor air, while running quietly in the background.

All homes at Hill Rise are rated ‘A’ for energy performance, well above the standard ‘C’ rating required by current regulations.

The development includes a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, including affordable housing options.

Blenheim Estate Homes is currently offering incentives to buyers, such as mortgage holidays and interior packages on different plots.

The show homes and customer lounge are open six days a week from 10am to 5pm, excluding Sundays.
