\n A separate appointment of liquidators notice in The Gazette records that Hayley Simmons of North Insolvency Ltd has been appointed liquidator of the company.\n<\/p>\n

\n The notice states that the nature of Netvide Limited\u2019s business is \u201conline grocery price research\u201d and lists the company\u2019s principal trading address as being in Harwell near Didcot.\n<\/p>\n
\n The notices explain that creditors are required to send details of their claims to the liquidator by the date specified in the London Gazette advertisement so that they can be taken into account in the conduct of the liquidation.\n<\/p>\n
\n The members\u2019 voluntary liquidation process will involve the liquidator realising the company\u2019s assets and distributing any surplus funds after payment of its debts and costs, in line with insolvency law.\n<\/p>\n
\n North Insolvency Ltd has been approached by this newspaper for comment.\n<\/p>\n
