Velasquez joined Sourcing Journal in 2014 and soon after founded SJ Denim (formerly Rivet). She has since played a pivotal role in establishing the publication\u2019s authority in the denim space, leading in-depth coverage of mills, manufacturers, sustainability and brands, while shaping the narrative around denim\u2019s influence across both heritage fashion and emerging, youth-driven trends.<\/p>\n

\n\tNishimura joined the publication in 2019, where she established Sourcing Journal\u2019s presence on the West Coast.
