\n The certification process involves a rigorous assessment of business operations, including governance, workers, community, the environment, and customers.\n<\/p>\n
\n Certified companies must also legally embed their purpose-driven commitments into their company structure.\n<\/p>\n
\n B Lab, the non-profit organisation behind the B Corp movement, works to transform the global economy through standards, tools, and programmes that shape responsible business practices.\n<\/p>\n
\n Globally, the B Corp community includes one million workers across 102 countries and 162 industries.\n<\/p>\n
\n B Lab UK aims to redefine success in business by building an engaged network of companies, raising awareness of the B Corp movement, and influencing economic change.\n<\/p>\n
\n The UK is currently home to the largest and fastest-growing B Corp community in the world.\n<\/p>\n
