\n Warehousing services were also offered across the UK, with options for short and long-term storage, stock management, and pick-and-pack order fulfilment for local deliveries.\n<\/p>\n
\n Q Delivery Services also highlighted its commitment to customer service, promising a flexible, reliable, and professional approach.\n<\/p>\n
\n The award-winning company, based in Widnes and Bedford, had grown to become “one of the United Kingdom\u2019s premier logistics providers”.\n<\/p>\n
Q Delivery Services enters liquidation after 13 years<\/p>\n
\n Now, after 13 years in business, Q Delivery Services has fallen into liquidation.\n<\/p>\n
\n Richard Cole and Stephen Kenny from KBL Advisory Limited were appointed joint liquidators on September 14, according to The Gazette.\n<\/p>\n
\n Companies House records show Q Delivery Services\u2019s most recent accounts were overdue, with the last filed for the period ending January 31, 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n This latest update comes after the company fell into administration back in 2024.\n<\/p>\n
Other UK companies that have closed or entered administration\/liquidation in 2026<\/p>\n
\n It has been a tough year for the UK high street, with several retailers entering administration or liquidation and others announcing widespread store closures.\n<\/p>\n
\n Major high street brands LK Bennett, Claire’s, and Quiz have been forced to close all their remaining stores after falling into administration.\n<\/p>\n
\n UK fashion retailer Leading Labels is also set to close its remaining 15 stores after falling into liquidation in May.\n<\/p>\n
\n Whitbread closed all its standalone branded restaurants across the UK earlier this month, including:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\n TG Jones and the British Heart Foundation will also be closing around 150 stores each across the UK.\n<\/p>\n
\n Wynsors World of Shoes is shutting 17 stores across the UK, with closing down sales already underway at several affected branches.\n<\/p>\n
\n One of the UK\u2019s biggest car park operators, NCP, also entered administration for a second time this year in September, having closed a range of sites earlier in the year.\n<\/p>\n
\n Popular UK-based online platform Laced, used for buying and selling rare trainers, is also set to close down after 11 years, having fallen into administration.\n<\/p>\n
\n Other retailers have been forced to close stores this year, including:\n<\/p>\n
\n Several UK travel companies have ceased trading or entered administration in 2026, including:\n<\/p>\n
\n Wayfairer Travel Limited has also suspended all services “until further notice” as it looks to appoint an administrator.\n<\/p>\n
\n Meanwhile, four UK airlines have fallen into administration or liquidation:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\n UK delivery company Yodel is set to be phased out after being acquired by InPost.\n<\/p>\n
\n Meanwhile, iconic fashion brand Nasty Gal has shut down its website after being sold by Debenhams in a deal worth around \u00a312 million (US$16 million).\n<\/p>\n
\n It hasn’t all been bad news for the UK high street, with several major brands announcing new store openings for 2026, including Joules, Aldi, M&S, and Superdrug.\n<\/p>\n
\n Meanwhile, brands including Evans and Bodycare have returned to the UK high street this year after previously closing all their stores.\n<\/p>\n
