\n\tJennifer Meyer has reopened her Pacific Palisades flagship.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe roughly 500-square-foot boutique, Meyer\u2019s first and sole retail location, opened in 2018 and is back in business as the neighborhood continues to rebuild following the Palisades fires.<\/p>\n
\n\tLocated at 1050 North Swarthmore Avenue in Palisades Village, the store has been completely redesigned, marking a return to physical retail for the brand.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cPrior to the fires, the Palisades store was such an important part of our business, and we absolutely felt its absence financially when it closed,\u201d Meyer said, declining to share figures. \u201cWe love this store and were so excited to come back. It\u2019s been amazing seeing our customers again, and we\u2019re really happy with how it\u2019s performing. We see this as a long-term investment in the Palisades, and everything is moving in such a positive direction. We know it will only continue to grow as the Village comes back to life. The energy there feels so good.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFor Meyer, who was born and raised in Los Angeles and grew up on the Westside, reopening in the Palisades also carried personal significance.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s really the beginning of the community building itself back up, bringing back the homeowners, bringing back the schools,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s amazing to be sort of at the center of restarting that and to be a small part of it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tMeyer worked with Mike Moser Studio and Tula Builders, led by Lauren Bruksch, to completely gut and rework the space.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe boutique features blue millwork, limestone floors, Murano sconces, custom white oak vitrines and chandeliers. A hand-carved full-length mirror incorporates Meyer\u2019s signature leaf motif, while original enamel artwork by her grandmother Edith is displayed throughout.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cIt used to be this pink plaster, which I love, but now it has this really beautiful blue turquoise feel, which felt very Westside beachy to me,\u201d Meyer said.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe merchandising was reconsidered as well, with more open space, redesigned display cases and seating replacing cases that previously occupied the front windows.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cYou can really see all the designs,\u201d Meyer said. \u201cI just wanted you to be able to get a feel for the whole collection and really have amazing choices to pick from.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tMeyer said the brand\u2019s Good Luck Necklace continues to be a bestseller, while customers also return for longtime signatures including evil eyes and inlay hearts.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cYou love being back for those moments and those last-minute fun things that you don\u2019t get to feel online, you really get to feel them in person,\u201d Meyer said of interacting with customers.<\/p>\n
\n\tNext, Meyer is preparing to introduce new love bird designs while continuing to build on the brand\u2019s core collection.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cThere\u2019s these love birds that I have coming out. I\u2019m very into love and finding your inner love or your person,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
