What has Evri said?<\/p>\n
\n Evri apologised for disruption experienced by one affected ParcelShop and said its dedicated team was working with the retailer.\n<\/p>\n

Evri’s network is undergoing major changes<\/p>\n
\n The problems come as Evri continues to reshape its UK parcel operation.\n<\/p>\n
\n The company has been investing heavily in its network following its merger with DHL eCommerce UK, with Evri announcing a \u00a336 million network investment programme last year.\n<\/p>\n
\n It has also announced plans to recruit more than 10,000 people as it prepares for further growth, with the group saying it now handles more than one billion parcels a year.\n<\/p>\n
