{"id":1324,"date":"2026-09-26T17:17:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-26T17:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock789.top\/?p=1324"},"modified":"2026-09-26T17:17:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-26T17:17:14","slug":"basque-cheesecake-cafe-to-open-at-bicester-village","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock789.top\/?p=1324","title":{"rendered":"Basque cheesecake caf\u00e9 to open at Bicester Village"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordmail.co.uk\/resources\/images\/21496340\/\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n  London-based brand La Maritxu will open its first site outside the capital on October 1, bringing its signature caramelised cheesecakes to one of the UK\u2019s most popular shopping destinations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The caf\u00e9 will serve a variety of Basque cheesecakes in multiple sizes, including individual slices, mini cheesecakes, and whole cheesecakes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The menu will feature the brand\u2019s classic cheesecake alongside seasonal options including tiramisu and a chocolate and orange flavour created exclusively for Bicester Village.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A spokesman for La Maritxu said: &#8220;The opening marks an exciting next step for the growing brand, bringing its cheesecakes to one of the UK\u2019s best-known shopping destinations for visitors to enjoy on the go or take home.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Co-founder Ignacio launched La Maritxu in 2021 with his wife Lucia.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Their cakes are baked at high temperatures to achieve a caramelised top and a creamy, smooth centre.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  La Maritxu currently operates four caf\u00e9s in London and produces more than 300 cheesecakes daily from its central kitchen in Bethnal Green.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Each cheesecake is made using premium ingredients and follows the traditional Basque method.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The Bicester caf\u00e9 will also offer a selection of teas, coffees, and specialty drinks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  La Maritxu joins Bicester Village\u2019s line-up of internationally renowned brands, giving shoppers a new option for a sweet treat during their visit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The caf\u00e9 will be open daily from 9am to 9pm.\n<\/p>\n<p>#Basque #cheesecake #caf\u00e9 #open #Bicester #Village<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>London-based brand La Maritxu will open its first site outside the capital on October 1, bringing its signature caramelised cheesecakes to one of the UK\u2019s most popular shopping destinations.
