\n Iain Powis, who previously spent 11 years with the firm, has rejoined its Oxford office as associate director and will focus on residential development sales.\n<\/p>\n
\n He brings nearly 20 years of property experience and recently held senior roles at two independent real estate firms.\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Powis said: “After more than a decade with Savills earlier in my career, I am excited to return to our residential development sales team in Oxford.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It was the people and collaborative culture that drew me back, as well as the opportunity to be part of a team with such a deservedly strong reputation and market presence.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Savills played a significant role in my professional development, and I look forward to building on that foundation over the months and years ahead.”\n<\/p>\n
\n In his new role, Mr Powis will advise housebuilders, developers, landowners, and institutional clients on the delivery and sale of residential schemes in Oxfordshire and beyond.\n<\/p>\n
\n He will work as part of Savills\u2019 development advisory team, which offers services across planning, valuation, building consultancy, and sales for residential, rural, and commercial projects.\n<\/p>\n
