\n Tilia Homes, part of the untypical group, officially opened the three-bedroom Derwent and four-bedroom Chiddingstone show homes at Foals Meadow during a VIP event on Friday, August 28.\n<\/p>\n
\n Jon Cook, regional managing director for untypical\u2019s eastern region, said: “We are delighted to open the doors to our new show homes at Foals Meadow and give buyers the opportunity to see the quality and thoughtful design of our homes first-hand.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Demand has already been encouraging, with eight homes reserved before the public launch.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We were also pleased to welcome Emmaus Oxford to officially open the show homes.\n<\/p>\n
\n “As our chosen charity, we are proud to support the important work it does in the local community.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The ribbon-cutting was carried out by Emmaus Oxford, Tilia Homes\u2019 chosen charity.\n<\/p>\n
\n Laura Bristow, fundraising manager at Emmaus Oxford, said: “It was a pleasure to join the Tilia Homes team for the opening of their new show homes at Foals Meadow and to cut the ribbon on the day.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We are grateful to Tilia Homes for choosing Emmaus UK as its charity partner and look forward to working together on our joint mission to end homelessness.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The public launch took place the following day, with visitors invited to tour the homes and enjoy a barbecue.\n<\/p>\n
\n Foals Meadow includes two, three, and four-bedroom homes with energy-efficient features such as EV charging points and air source heat pumps.\n<\/p>\n
