\n Ewelme Hills, based in the Chiltern Hills in Oxfordshire, unveiled its new wine at an event in London\u2019s Holland Park.\n<\/p>\n
\n The ros\u00e9 is a limited edition release, priced at \u00a350 per bottle and available through the Ewelme Hills website or by direct order for businesses.\n<\/p>\n
\n Lubov Chernukhin, chairwoman of Ewelme Hills, said: “Launching Ewelme Hills Ros\u00e9 is a very proud moment for us and an important step in our ambition to build a premium English wine brand.\n<\/p>\n
\n “This limited edition ros\u00e9 is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir, with every element, from the fruit and winemaking to the finished bottle, considered to create something distinctive and luxurious.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The estate includes a ten-acre, south-facing vineyard with more than 20,000 Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc vines.\n<\/p>\n
\n The estate also includes orchards, beehives, and gardens, and follows sustainable practices such as using natural alternatives to synthetic pesticides and encouraging biodiversity through reduced mowing.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ewelme Hills also produces honey, candles, soaps, pear cyder, and seasonal produce.\n<\/p>\n
\n Jason Horner, director at Ewelme Hills, said: “This ros\u00e9 has been a genuinely collaborative project, bringing together winemaking, estate, design and brand teams.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It represents the standard we want to set for Ewelme Hills as we build a premium English brand rooted in craftsmanship, responsible production and a strong sense of place.”\n<\/p>\n
