{"id":1008,"date":"2026-09-15T07:28:43","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T07:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stock789.top\/?p=1008"},"modified":"2026-09-15T07:28:43","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T07:28:43","slug":"post-office-to-open-new-branch-in-headington-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stock789.top\/?p=1008","title":{"rendered":"Post Office to open new branch in Headington tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordmail.co.uk\/resources\/images\/18077907\/\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n  More than 1,200 people signed a campaign for its future after it was forced shut in London Road because the building which it was in was going to be demolished.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Formerly inside the Co-Op, the Post Office closed on December 31 last year to make way for research and office space.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The new Post Office will reopen at number 12 Windmill Road on September 15 at 1pm.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The opening hours will be Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm, providing over 51 hours of service per week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A similar wide range of products and services will still be available.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Post Office spokeswoman Sheila Tapster said: &#8220;The new branch will be located approximately 280 metres from the previous location.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;St Leonards Road Car Park pay &amp; display is available 120 meters away on St Leonards Road.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;The new premises will have a wide door and a ramp at the entrance.
